Playboy, the legendary "leader" of the Butterfly Gang decides to give evidence against his gang in return for a reduced sentence. He us escorted to a high security prison, Prey Klaa, by an elite squad of highly trained SWAT team members, and a visiting French liaison officer. The real leader of the Butterfly Gang then puts a hit on Playboy to prevent him from talking, and deadly riot in the prison ensues.
