Resorts World Genting unveils its fresh Chief Experience Officers (CEOs), with a unique twist.

Traditionally, the decision-making process for holiday packages didn't involve children; it was typically managed and endorsed by adults. Consequently, holiday plans often didn't align with a child's true desires for their getaway, with their experiences taking a back seat to their parents' preferences. This time, Resorts World Genting has taken a different approach by engaging children and valuing their important and influential opinions. After all, kids understand what other kids truly want.

Introducing Resorts World Genting's (RWG) new Chief Experience Officers (CEOs), a team comprising remarkable young creators, including 4-year-olds Eva from @MissPopSasa and StrongBoy from @BapaBros, as well as siblings Ellen (8) and Ehsan (5) from @norreen143. These Chief Experience Officers play a crucial role in promoting and showcasing Resorts World Genting as Malaysia's premier integrated resort and a child-friendly destination, endorsed by kids and tailored for kids.

Whether it's touring the exciting rides at Genting SkyWorlds, embarking on nature treks at Resorts World Awana, or mingling with Genting’s Highland Heroes, the fresh team of CEOs offers a delightful perspective in presenting Resorts World Genting's diverse attractions from a child's viewpoint.

As a part of this launch, Eva, one of the CEOs, has recently established her LinkedIn profile. It provides a glimpse into her responsibilities as a Chief Experience Officer, playfully aiming to persuade more parents to experience the delights of eating, playing, shopping, and dining at Resorts World Genting.

We are thrilled to present our exceptional team of Chief Experience Officers. Each of them will carefully assess and endorse our remarkable array of family-friendly attractions across our Stay, Play, Shop, and Eat pillars. This encompasses our top-notch hotels, the award-winning Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park, as well as retail and dining establishments.

According to Spencer Lee, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Genting Malaysia Berhad, “They will engage with and evaluate a variety of our attractions to ensure they are perfect for children of all ages and sizes. This includes our newest kid-friendly activities at Resorts World Awana, where they will partake in delightful family activities such as Stingless Bee Honey Harvesting, Safe Archery, Arts & Craft Workshops, Baking, and Nature Trails.”

These kid CEOs were handpicked specifically for their expertise in having fun and whimsical imagination to verify that there is truly something for every kind of child," he adds.

Furthermore, there's an exciting lineup of activities planned, including a social photo contest aimed at recruiting more aspiring CEOs to join the existing C-suite. To participate, follow these steps:

  1. Follow Resorts World Genting on Instagram (@resortsworldgenting) or TikTok (rwgenting).
  2. Share a picture of your child(ren) at our temporary CEO offices at RWG and specific locations. Alternatively, parents can upload a creative photo of their children dressed in office attire.
  3. Tag two friends and use the hashtags #RWGCEO and #RWGCEOSearch.

Three fortunate winners will have the opportunity to enjoy a holiday package at Resorts World Awana.

Additionally, kids visiting Resorts World Genting are encouraged to take part in the CEO passport challenge, collecting stamps from various locations for instant gift redemption, including the grand prize of a birthday celebration at Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park.
