Immerse Yourself in the Extravaganza of IMMERSIO 2023 at Muzium Telekom!

Get ready for a transformative experience at Muzium Telekom, where arts, culture, heritage, and innovation converge in the vibrant realm of IMMERSIO 2023. Spanning 27,000 square feet, this fifth edition of IMMERSIO, curated by Filamen and powered by Yayasan Telekom Malaysia, invites you to explore a captivating tapestry of Southeast Asian heritage. The theme, "Waris" (Inherited), unfolds through more than 20 new media artists and cultural maestros, creating an immersive labyrinth of digital artworks, interactive installations, traditional theatrical art, and heritage music with a modern twist.

Open to the public from December 15, 2023, to January 7, 2024, IMMERSIO 2023 offers a multi-sensory expedition that blends the old and new, allowing you to navigate the continuum between the past, present, and unfolding future. Delve into the diverse ensemble of established and emerging artists, including Chong Yan Chuah, Izealist, Unreality Kai, Vasflow, Cerikapak, Anwar Suhaimi, Suzy Sulaiman, Filamen, James Ly, Digi Arafah, Ammar Hazman, Roger Ng, and more.

The gallery on the first floor, backed by the Digital Technology Incubation Programme, fuses artifacts with contemporary artistic expressions. Explore site-specific soundscape by Kacau Bilau, mixed-reality performance by FLUX 28 Studio, shadow puppetry in Wayang Kulit Animatronik, and the immersive experience by Super Codex. Witness the beauty of ATMA KIRANA by Abdul Shakir "Grasshopper," a digital art installation telling the story of Rukun Negara through colors and flower motifs.
