HealthifyMe to host the world’s longest single stretch yoga festival tomorrow


The 24-hour virtual ‘Yoga Republic’ event will feature distinguished masters from across the globe conducting yoga over Zoom, Facebook and YouTube Live

The 24-hour ‘Yoga Republic’ is free and open to anyone with Internet access, and will kick off over Zoom, Facebook and YouTube Live at 7.30am SGT on Saturday, 30 January 2021. It will finish at 7.30am on Sunday, 31 January 2021. The daylong event is an effort to instill the practice of yoga for a healthier lifestyle among participants from across the globe and raise awareness of its various lifestyle benefits. The yogathon will feature almost 50 yoga sessions with international yoga master who will help the participants in improving their fitness , flexibility and mindfulness. The event will start with a special session on "Yoga for  everyone" and "Yoga for better health"  by coach Gayathri from Malaysia , and will gradually dive into targeted tutorials on yoga flow , mindfulness and overall well-being conducted by master from India and Europe. The event will also feature speciality sessions on Tai Chi, power yoga, yoga for better breathing, and yoga for more energy and to feel good by a host of HealthifyMe coaches.
