#GetYourBlueOn – Sacoor Blue Unveils First Southeast Asia Flagship Store in Malaysia

Sacoor Blue, a new brand from The Sacoor Group has officially opened its Southeast Asia flagship store at Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. The innovative brand has a DNA that champions a fresh new attitude and aims to encourage consumers to take small steps towards achieving a sustainable lifestyle.

Over the past few years, there has been an increase in consumers who prefer to purchase from brands that have an eco-conscious outlook. Cognizant of this growing mindset, Sacoor Blue has been launched as a platform to facilitate the conversation surrounding conscious living, and it invites you to be a part of its journey.

According to Sacoor Group’s Chief Operations Officer, Hugo Carriço, “The story behind this new brand is inspired by someone who has left the fast-paced city lifestyle to go back to their roots, and live a simpler life. Motivated by the rise in the number of people working from home and the serene countryside of South Portugal, we want to encourage consumers to reconnect with nature and make sustainable choices.

“The clothes under Sacoor Blue are made for fuss-free living. Produced from high-quality materials, the collection is ideal for day-to-day wear – something you can put together with ease so that you can dedicate your valuable time to the things that matter most” he explains.

The Sacoor Blue Store in Pavilion Kuala Lumpur is designed to complement the brand's philosophy of living a more balanced lifestyle. Taking inspiration from the countryside homes in South Portugal , green elements are incorporated throughout the interior to give a down-to-earth feel. The stores exudes a calming ambience with wooden details, a variety of vibrant foliage and rotten chairs that odd the outdoor aesthetic.

In line with its sustainable living concept, the store has set up a Kloth Cares bin as an avenue for consumers to donate their old clothes. Additionally, all purchases are packed in biodegradable paper bags and can be gift-wrapped in paper and twine upon request. Even price tags are attached to clothes with twine instead of the usual plastic.

Furthermore, Sacoor Blue’s exclusive “A.W.A.R.E” capsule collection has been created with eco- consciousness in mind. The product line ranges from comfortable sportswear to cosy sweaters to tailored jackets, and is geared to connect with today’s generation of fashion lovers who tend to prioritise both comfort and personal values when making purchases.

Clothes under the Sacoor Blue label maintain the strong quality concern and level of service that Sacoor Group is known to provide, but with a more affordable price tag. Staying true to their brand DNA, complimentary in-store alteration services are available for suits while alterations for shirts and trousers come with a small fee.

Described as a brand for the conscious consumer, clothes are for anyone looking to purchase quality daily wear that is both versatile and comfortable.

Sacoor Group’s journey into the Malaysian market began 10 years ago with the launch of Sacoor Brothers in Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. The brand has since been well-accepted by local consumers and continues to grow every year.

According to Carriço, Malaysia is one of the fastest growing fashion markets in Southeast Asia , and we believe that our vision to inspire and empower the next generation to dress and shop better will be well received here. Given the strong connection we have with Malaysia and its people, we thought this would be the perfect place to launch the flagship store.”
